A: No problem. We use an absolutely reliable courier service.

Q: Can you ship to the United States?
A: Yes, we do.

Q: I am in France, can I buy guitar timbers from you and have them delivered to me?
A: Yes, we deliver to anywhere in Europe.

Q: Do I have to buy in bulk or can I select the sizes I want?
A: Generally, you can tell us the size you want. We carry a large stock and will work with you to find something suitable.

Q: Is all your timber dry and ready to use?
A: Our timber is either long term air dried and seasoned or kiln dried (Unless specifically stated otherwise). We guarantee all of our timber.

Q: Do you have timbers other than Tasmanian?
A: Yes we have lovely stocks of Jarrah, West Australian Marri, English Elm, Walnut, English Oak, Ironbark, Redgum, Australian Red Cedar, Poplar.

Q: Would you supply pre-cut materials of a specific size and timber species for a large dining table?
A: Yes, we do this on a regular basis.

Q: Have you got a big enough slab for me to make a single piece bar top?
A: Yes, we have suitable slabs in Blackheart Sassafras, Burl Myrtle, Blackwood & Huon Pine.

Q: I want to make a small document box from thinly cut Huon Pine. Can you supply me a ready to make kit?
A: No, sorry. We can provide thinly cut timber in most of our species, but not as a kit.

Q: Will you supply me half a cubic metre of rough sawn Blackheart Sassafras inch boards?
A: No, sorry. All our timber is supplied dressed/planed on all sides because we insist on quality control. We can however supply half a cubic meter as long as we have it in stock.
